Cancellation Policy

Fox Therapies respects that your time is valuable, and appreciate that you understand ours is too.

 

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments may be cancelled or re-booked 24 or more hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations with less that 24-hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.

Clients who fail to present for their scheduled appointment (without contacting Fox Therapies to cancel or re-schedule their booking) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked treatment cost, and the subsequent appointment will require a 50% deposit to be left at time of booking.

Late Policy

Fox Therapies understands that sometimes things happen outside of our control, that can affect our ability to make appointments on time.

 

If you think that you may be late to your appointment, please contact Fox Therapies as soon as possible to notify your therapist. We will do everything to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

If you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, your therapist may only be able to offer you your remaining time however will retain the right to charge the full treatment fee.

 

If 15 minutes of your appointment has elapsed, and we have not heard from you, Fox Therapies will regard the appointment as "Cancelled" and you may be subjected to associated fees as outlined in our Cancellations Policy.

Covid-19 Policy

In light of the current pandemic, Fox Therapies has developed and implemented a COVID-Safe Plan to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

It is the client's responsibility to abide by government advice to: social distance, wear a mask, and hand-wash regularly to avoid contracting the virus.

​

Should the client develop any COVID-19 symptoms, they are to notify Fox Therapies as early as possible so that any up-coming appointments can be rescheduled. Your appointment will be rescheduled no sooner than 14-days post notification unless a negative COVID-19 test result can be produced.

​

In the event that the client has a positive COVID test result, they are to notify Fox Therapies immediately so that the therapist and any relevant clients can be notified for testing to prevent further spread of the virus.

​

On the day of your treatment, your therapist will contact you 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment start time to conduct a pre-screening questionnaire. It is the clients' responsibility to respond to each answer truthfully prior to arriving at the clinic.

​

You will not be permitted onto the premises without this screening being performed. Refusal to comply will result in the appointment being cancelled and the client will be subject to fees as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

​

In the event that you respond "Yes" to any questions, your therapist will reschedule your appointment for 14-days later and request that you get tested. You will be able to reschedule your appointment sooner (subject to availability) if able to produce a negative COVID test result.

​

Any appointments needing to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 related symptoms will not incur a cancellation fee.
