Strapping or taping may be prescribed as part of your rehabilitation program either by our practitioner, or your referring allied health therapist. Fox Therapies stocks a wide variety of tapes to suit different body shapes and sizes, and skin sensitivity. Please let your therapist know at the start of the appointment if you believe you may have a reaction to the tapes so that an alternative can be sought.

Appointments for strapping only are available and should take no longer than 15 minutes, depending on the number of areas requiring taping. Strapping is also available as an add-on to the end of your sports or remedial massage.

Please note: we strongly advise that sports strapping/taping should only be used when nursing the acute stages of injury and/or rehabilitation. We otherwise do not advise taping on an on-going, long-term basis.
